Connecting Chicago and suburban Cook County residents to the help they need, when they need it. Connections include basic human needs, employment supports, physical & mental health resources, children, families, seniors and disable supports.

Summer EBT provides families with school-aged children with an electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card to purchase groceries during the summer when school is out. Check out the website to answer most of your questions including the size of the benefit, eligibility (no citizenship requirements). Many eligible families will be automatically enrolled in Summer EBT based on their participation in another qualifying programs.
